Instruction for deleting your account.

In case you want to delete your account from any application linked to RX Enterprise services, please follow these instructions. The easiest way to delete your account is to do it from the mobile application.

- Rideal, T Taxi and Taxi Jessica:

Select Menu -> User profile -> Delete my account

- PeiDei:

Select Menu -> User profile -> Account -> Delete account

Alternative you can request your account deletion by sending an e-mail to info@rxenterprise.fi. The e-mail must contain the e-mail address and phone number matching your account and we will ask for confirmation by sending a SMS to your phone.
